Leonardo Cesari Jazz Combo is a Rome-Italy based band led by drummer, composer, and producer Leonardo Cesàri. The band was born out of the quest for a sound that weds the jazz of the 1950s and 60s with the rhythms distilled from contemporary club music. They combines hard-bop, east oriented sound and cinematic atmospheres. But more than the cultural diversity of the style’s, the defining characteristic of The Co-Workers’s music is the joy of performing together in the perpetual push to grow creatively. Their show is a journey from New york to South-American caraibbean rhythms as well to Cuban beats. The brass are unresistible and warm up all the dancefloors with their special sounds and nightime and exotic rhythms.
