After the international success of their first album here theis second cd collection that is a work tribute to the great disco adventure of the 70’s but in a hot cuban-jazz style and mambo salsa way! It came natural to them to create togheter this particular project. The unique sounds are even more credible, remembering and never forgetting their cultural backgrounds.
The spontaneity of harmonies, music wise and personalities, helped to bond the combo. This too allowed versatility to take charge.
This “music shake” became for them “jazz latino”.
The afrocuban sound mixed with jazz, and their unique ideas, thus became “cuban jazz combo”! Always respecting the elders from the 60’s and 70’s and remembering the “blue note jazz-sounds ”. The leader Fabrizio Aiello start showing his great talent at age of 10 playng of sort of percussions instruments –
The sound will be perfectionate after the many travels in the Cuba island where Fabrizio played with the biggest name of the scene. He is also a teacher and a great session man very requested for major Italian artist’s gigs. Great thanks to the multi talented musicians on the italian scene who supported this project.
Latin-jazz moods from the melting-pot city of Rome with deep crosscultural jazz-rhythms accent. Enjoy!

the Barrio Jazz Gang. Also featured "Fly In The Sky" here re-constructed and re-visited with a nujazz up-tempo intention really good for the
dancefloor. As well the other Pauline London's track: "Maybe Yesterday" here is treated with the same intention and have an irresistable
dancefloor drive.
Minus 8 as well remix one of their best track called. "Nude Look" taken from their 2nd cd, in a balearic summer electronic uptempo beat.
Also Barrio Jazz Gang answering remixing one of the Minus 8 best track called: "Let it go" here is a midtempo cut chilly and warm.
One of the best surprise is the Steve Martinez remix of the most famous Barrio Jazz Gang's track called: "Chok-a-blok-avenue". There is also a
very rare jazz-house Roby's remix of "Bellavista"released only on vinyl.
The two Dynamic 4's tracks are simply astonishing and still very actual.

"I believe in you" of Cuban Jazz Combo completely re-arranged here give to the Joy Garrison's voice a new
Look and a great drive for the dancefloor.

Suonho says: “Gloria Lynne was very well know to me for some timeless gems like "Speaking Of Happiness", that i love so much. When Funky Juice Records asked to remix "Perdido" i was excited by the possibility to say mine about this tune, so energic, sunny and swinging at the same time. The main idea was to put Gloria's wonderful voice in a dancefloor enviroment, without to distort the magic of the original tune, but with a strong upgrade on both structure and style. I came out with a fresh swing-disco version, i hope will make dancin' many people during the forthcoming summer 2011.”

Gloria Lynne BIOGRAPHY
As a young girl, Lynne sang with the local African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church Choir. At the age of 15, she won first prize at the "Amateur Night" at the Apollo Theater. She shared the stage with contemporary night club vocal ensembles as well as with Ella Fitzgerald, recording as part of such groups as The Enchanters and The Dell-Tones in the 1950s. She recorded as a soloist under her birth name, though most of her work was released under her stage name on the Everest Records and Fontana Records labels. She was signed to Everest in 1958.Although showing much promise early on, especially after TV appearances, including the Harry Belafonte Spectacular, her development suffered through poor management; some unscrupulous recording 'executives' profited while she was left virtually penniless, saved only by the fact that she was able to work steadily and earn her money from performance - still today she receives only a trickle of royalties. In the 1960s she had several hits including "June Night", "Love I Found You," and "I Wish You Love" (1964) (which became her signature song), "I'm Glad There Is You" and the answer to Gene McDaniels's "Tower Of Strength" with Lynne's "(You don't have to be a) Tower Of Strength", a pop thorn amongst the jazz roses but nonetheless a hit for Lynne and proving how versatile she could be in the studio. After her time with Everest Records she moved to Fontana and recorded such albums as "Soul Serenade", "Love And A Woman", "Where It's At", and "Here, There And Everywhere" all of which showcased her versatility in jazz, RnB, soul and melodic "pop". During her earlier years on-the-road Gloria Lynne shared bills with some of the giants of RnB, Jazz, Pop and Standards including Ray Charles, Billy Eckstine, Johnny Mathis and Ella Fitzgerald. Notable TV specials include two with Harry Belafonte and duets with Billy Eckstine. As Lynne moved into jazz in her later career she worked with top flight musicians and arrangers and performed with many of the jazz greats, including Quincy Jones, Bobby Timmons, Philly Joe Jones, Harry "Sweets" Edison.
